This core exercise stabilizes the golf swing with only a yoga ball and a golf club
Class-A PGA Professional and former NFL player Jason Witczak of The Club at Pradera is here to show you an exercise that will assist in creating lasting balance in your golf swing and increase your core strength. Sitting with one leg on each side of a standard yoga ball, Elizabeth Carpenter attempts to maintain her balance while swinging the golf club. By creating a wide base at takeaway while focusing on centering her balance over the yoga ball, she is forced to engage the muscles in her core.
