The New PGA TOUR Superstore in Westminster Opens This Saturday

This Saturday, PGA TOUR Superstore, Denver’s leading golf retailer, is opening its second store in Denver. As part of the Grand Opening celebration, they will be giving $30,000 in free merchandise for the first guests in line when the doors open at 9:00 a.m. Items include sets of irons, drivers, wedges, putters, all kinds of accessories, apparel and footwear. The store is located at 5650 W. 88th Avenue in the Westminster Village.

Also as part of the grand opening PGA TOUR Superstore will donate $10,000 to The First Tee of Denver to support its mission in fostering youth with education programs that instill life-enhancing ideals, golf skills and promoting healthy choices through the game of golf.

This week also marks the launch a program by the National Golf Foundation (NGF) entitled Welcome2Golf which is being piloted in Denver. Welcome2Golf is a market-by-market campaign aimed at converting interested non-golfers and ‘lapsed’ golfers to get on the course. The NGF has identified a latent demand for golf of nearly 650,000 in the Denver-area.

PGA TOUR Superstores is proud to support this program and believes Denver is a fantastic market to roll out this initiative. The population is growing in Denver, The First Tee of Denver is one of the largest in the world and people are very active outdoors, whether that be golfing, skiing or hiking, to name a few.

Coming soon, as part of Welcome2Golf, PGA TOUR Superstore will host in-store events that will include clinics by their certified instructors teaching golf swing fundamentals, drawings for lesson-packs, discount on purchases and contests.

Inside PGA TOUR Superstore, golf enthusiasts of all levels can experience in-house custom club fittings and repair, along with lessons and clinics from certified teaching professionals. Practice hitting bays with swing analysis software, interactive simulators, putting greens are available for customers use.

Year round, PGA TOUR Superstore is committed to inspiring people to play their best by hosting free

Kids Zone clinics the third Saturday of each month from 9-11 a.m., along with a Get Golf Ready Ladies Program and virtual nine-hole leagues on in-store simulators.
