Each May, we release our annual health and fitness issue. We call it the “15th Club.” 

Your strength and fitness can be your secret weapon on the golf course, like an extra club in your bag, and no doubt golf training has become more advanced just in the last few years.

This year, we tell the story of Greg Roskopf and his evolutionary training which has helped the likes of Peyton Manning, DeMarcus Ware, John Stockton, Amy Van Dyken-Rouen, and golfer Shane Bertsch (also featured on our cover).

We also enlisted the help of two CAGGY-winning instructors, Dillon Johnson and Dee Tidwell, to help you get your strength program going and Kathleen Heiney shows how yoga can help your golf game.
