#GetGolfFit Series: Spin Workout

Class-A PGA Professional and former NFL player Jason Witczak of The Club at Pradera and Pinery Country Club is here to show you an exercise that will allow you to increase your stamina on the course through cardiovascular and core work on the spin cycle. Standing upright on the spin cycle while maintaining an upright posture, Elizabeth Carpenter attempts to stay absolutely still and resists the urge to bounce up and down while pedaling. This is dually impactful as it engages her core and provides a cardiovascular workout simultaneously.
