Competitive Flight (USGA Handicap Required)

Event Format – Four Person Shamble

To begin, each player will hit their drive from the tee box. Each team will select the best drive and then players will hit their next shot from that position. Each player must hit their shot from within two club lengths and in the same condition of the selected ball, not nearer the hole. Then, each team member is responsible for playing their own ball the remainder of the hole until they hole out. The best individual score per hole is recorded for the team, and this process continues through the rest of the holes. Players will compete at 80% of their handicap. There are no required number of drives per player. Net triple bogey is maximum score. Players, please pick up if you cannot help your team score. USGA Rules shall govern all play. Golf course local rules and any modifications will be announced the day of the golf tournament.
