How do I activate my Preferred Clientele Club Membership?
Once your Golf Passport is activated you automatically become a Preferred Clientele Club Member. Then simply peel and attach your Preferred Clientele Club (PCC) sticker to the front top right corner of your credit card (AMEX, VISA, MasterCard, Debit or ATM).
Do I have to pay for the Prferred Clientele Club Membership?
NO- Once you buy your Golf Passport you become a Preferred Clientele Club Member at no additional charge.
Why are there two PCC stickers in the Golf Passport?
One sticker is for the Golf Passport Member and the other sticker is transferable to a friend or family member.
How do I activate the second membership?

No, you may pay with ANY payment form the restaurant accepts.
What if I need a replacement membership sticker for my credit card?
If you need a replacement membership sticker for your new credit card simply mail us your current sticker and include a self-addressed stamped envelope and we will replace at no charge.
Are discounts good on holidays?
Your Preferred Clientele Club membership is NOT valid on the following holidays: Christmas Day, Christmas Eve, Easter, Father’s Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Mother’s Day, Memorial Day, New Year’s Day, New Year’s Eve, St. Patrick’s Day, Thanksgiving and Valentine’s Day. Specials - Daily specials, early bird specials, buffets, happy hour, and other special promotions are excluded from the program since they are generally already discounted. Other Discounts - Your PCC membership discount cannot be used with other discount.
Unlimited Usage?
Your membership may be used again and again at these restaurants as many times as you choose until your membership expires. It may be used any day the restaurant is open (except holidays and where otherwise noted).

How do I upgrade my Golf Passport to a Golf Passport Plus?
You can upgrade your Golf Passport to a Golf Passport Plus, which includes a USGA handicap, by clicking HERE. Make sure you have your Golf Passport ID #.
If I had a Golf Passport Plus between 2009 and 2012 will my GHIN # stay the same for 2013?
Yes. If you purchased a Golf Passport Plus in 2009-2012 you will keep your same GHIN # for 2013. We will reactivate your GHIN # as soon as you purchase the Golf Passport Plus.
If I already have a GHIN # with another club and want to buy the Golf Passport Plus, can I keep the same #?
Yes. If you have had a GHIN # within the last 3 years then you can keep the same GHIN # in the AvidGolfer Club. Make sure to put your previous GHIN # when registering in the AvidGolfer Club. Click HERE to register your GHIN with our club.
How do I receive my free dozen Srixon golf balls?
If you purchased the Golf Passport online you will receive a certificate for one dozen Srixon golf balls inside of your Golf Passport. The certificate can be redeemed at any Colorado Ski and Golf location. If you purchased your Golf Passport through a third party, such as the PGA TOUR Superstore, Colorado Ski and Golf, or King Soopers, then you will need to activate your Golf Passport first and you will receive the certificate with your activation label. How long will it take to receive my Golf Passport after I order online?
It usually takes 7-10 business days to receive the Golf Passport. You must have the Golf Passport in hand to acquire the course discounts. Please email golfpassport@coloradoavidgolfer.com if you haven’t received your Golf Passport after 10 business days.
Can I share my Golf Passport?
No. Only the person who purchased it can use the Golf Passport. The golf course will ask to see identification when using the Golf Passport.
