The staff was friendly, the course was in good shape, a definite bargain cost-wise. Unfortunately, they did not marshal the course and there was a log jam on the back nine that made playing insufferable. There were several two-somes and a single - if those were paired up things would have gone smoother. As far as the course itself, I recommend it. I just wish they had a marshal to usher slow players around the course.
