Golf Format

Twosome Competition- Beaver Creek Points System, USGA handicap required & field is limited to 120 players. 

Beaver Creek Points System:

Each player is given a point quota based on her handicap.  For example Team Debbie-Lois:  Debbie is a 1 handicap = 39 point quota.  Lois is a 2 handicap =38 point quota (this would continue, so the higher your handicap the less amount of points you will be required to get). Only the gross score counts. Points are awarded as follows:  Eagle = 8 points, Birdie = 4 points, Par = 2 points, Bogey = 1 point, and anything after bogey pick us as there are no points awarded.  So after the round each team adds up their point total to get a twosome winner.  Each player should keep track of her own score as the foursome score as prizes will be awarded for those competitions as well.  Example:  Debbie got 35 points (point quota was 39) score = -4 (39 points supposed to get, only got 35 points = -4 under point total).  Lois got 45 pts (point quota was 38) score = +7.  Total Team Score = +3 (Debbie -4 + Lois +7)

Entry Fee

$1,750 per twosome or $3,500 per Bank of Choice foursome (Player guests can be added at a fee of $250.  This includes breakfast on Friday & Saturday, Beano’s Cabin and the Dine Around).

Bank of Choice Foursome:

If a “Bank of Choice” foursome is purchased for $3,500 by August 15, each player will receive $50 credit to the Beaver Creek Golf Club Pro Shop & $50 in spa credit at either Spa Struck (located at The Charter) or Allegria Spa (located at the Park Hyatt).  Credit must be used by Sunday, September 14th. Bank of Choice customers will receive an additional 10% off any twosome or foursome purchase.

  • Private Golf Clinic Hosted by Lana Ortega – Top 50 Golf Instructor
  • 2 Night luxury accommodations in Beaver Creek –  Player’s choice of The Charter, The Pines Lodge or The Park Hyatt*
  • Brunch & Trend Show at the Rendezvous Club, Après Golf & Dinner Party at Beano’s Cabin, breakfast/lunch and on-course stations for both days, and a Dine-a-Round in Beaver Creek**.

*Choice of hotel is granted on a first-come, first-served basis
