Getting the Chair

Are you sitting on the key to improving your golf swing?
Consider the humble dining-room chair. One minute it’s helping you put a star on top of the tree, the next it’s bearing the increasing weight of your holiday indulgence. And the next, it could be helping to perfect your golf game. Take a simple wooden chair without wheels that is no taller than your hip and place it somewhere without low-hanging light fixtures or expensive furniture. Use the following three drills to improve nearly every aspect of your golf swing, including setup, balance, posture, swing plane, weight trans fer and ball contact.
